2 Important Facts you should know about Weight Loss

1. Energy In compared to Energy Out……In order to lose weight you must consume less energy (food) than you expend. This is true science and is true for everyone. This is based on the Law of Thermodynamics. Simply put; eat less and exercise more!

2. Permanent results require a permanent change……Just take a look at all of the latest diet plans and you will see 6 week plans, 12 week plans and so on. Don’t think you can just follow a 6 or 12 week diet plan, get your results, go back to your poor eating habits and think you will maintain your results. Short term diets only work for the short term and when practiced continuously this is called YOYO dieting. The most successful permanent results come from making smaller permanent lifestyle changes that last a lifetime.
