Work Out The Stress

1. A combination of ginger juice, lime juice and nutmeg (optional)

2. A combination of lime juice with black tea

For Acidity:

1. Boil the fried cumin into a cup of water for few minutes, strain and then consume the liquid

For stomachache after the delivery:

For menstrual stomachache:
